Sam Curry has been selected to represent Great Britain in his first senior International. His call up comes after three outstanding performances in the 2012 ranking series which placed him sixth in Britain at senior level and third junior. This is the first time since the modern pentathlon programme was introduced in 2005 that a Whitgiftian has been called up for a senior International whilst still at school. Old Whitgiftians James Myatt and Ollie Robinson also feature in the four-strong British men’s team. The competition takes place in Budapest on 18th and 19th February.
