If you would like to submit an application form for years 6 to 9, you have two options:

OPTION 1

Open the application form, print it, complete it by hand and post it back to us.

NOTES:

• retain page 1
• sign the form
• include the non-refundable examination fee of £50 (£65 for overseas candidates) together with two passport-size photographs of your son with his name clearly printed on the reverse.
• We regret that forms cannot be submitted electronically as a cheque and two passport-size photographs need to accompany the application.
