Facilities: Drama Studio

The Whitgift Drama Studio is a versatile teaching, rehearsal and performance area. Adjacent to the Performing Arts Centre, the spacious Studio benefits from an abundance of natural light and a high ceiling, providing a splendid working environment. Mirrors along two walls allow actors to monitor their movement, gestures and facial expressions and the acoustic is crisp and natural. The Studio contains a Drama Library, audio-visual equipment and a series of rostra, which enable different stages and scenes to be constructed. All in all, the Studio is a valuable resource, providing a non-intimidatory, supportive drama room.
