OW Bardh Lepaja (2015-17) won a £100 Amazon gift voucher from Whitgift to say thank you for taking part in a recent survey.
The questionnaire circulated last month, went to 3195 OWs and aimed to collect Old Boys’ contact details ahead of the launch of an exciting new platform – Whitgift Connect.
The new software, exclusively for OWs students and staff, features an online searchable directory, jobs board and the opportunity to benefit from a mentorship scheme – exclusively for the Whitgiftian Community.
An impressive 40% response rate means the School can stay connected and support more OWs.
Lepaja left Whitgift in 2017 and went on to study at Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen, Germany.
“I hope that one day soon I will visit London again and I will definitely visit Croydon and Whitgift School since that used to be my home for two good years.”
He described his award as ‘an amazing surprise’.
“Whitgift cares about its alumni and its people. This is such a good way of getting in touch again through a small gift which in itself releases a bunch of great memories from my time there."
