The Whitgift Combined Cadet Force (CCF) successfully completed its Annual General Inspection (AGI) under the inspection of Air Commodore Edward Cole MBE.
The formal inspection commenced with the Guard of Honour and Corps of Drums preparing for inspection and the entire CCF formed up to observe. Earlier in the day, cadets participated in a comprehensive programme of activities, including a flight simulator, obstacle course and first aid training.
The event concluded with the highly anticipated Platoon Attack followed by a Corps of Drums beating retreat. Commending the cadets, Air Commodore Cole remarked, “You get out what you put into anything like the Cadet Force, and it's been great to see your enthusiasm.”
The Officers’ and SNCOs’ annual dinner took place in the evening, during which trophies were awarded in recognition of outstanding achievement, and departing Upper Sixth students were formally thanked for their commitment and contribution to the CCF.
