Whitgift Welcomes the Return of Hello Yellow

To mark World Mental Health Day, Whitgift celebrated the Young Mind’s charity annual ‘Hello Yellow’ campaign. Young Minds, the UK’s leading mental health charity for children and young people, provides vital support and resources, advocating for improved mental health care and early intervention.  

Students enthusiastically embraced the theme by wearing yellow and participating in a variety of events. A vibrant Junior School photobooth was a particular highlight, where pupils captured joyful moments with their peers using bright, yellow-themed props. Additionally, a well-attended bake sale in the Junior playground attracted students across year groups, contributing to the day’s success, helping to raise over £1100 for Young Minds.
