WAVPA Commitments

I understand that an audition does not guarantee me a place on the WAVPA course.

Should I be successful, I will attend all Saturday sessions as per the timetable, giving clear notice two weeks before the last Saturday of the term if I wish to cancel my membership for the following term.

I agree to listen to all members of staff and respond to instructions as required.

In bringing your son/daughter/ward in for audition, you confirm that he/she is available to attend all Saturday sessions as per the timetable.

Should he/she be accepted onto the WAVPA course, you undertake to ensure that he/she attends all the sessions, and you commit to paying the upcoming term’s fees in full, in advance of the start of each term.

WAVPA completely supports your son’s/daughter’s/ward’s commitment to any school production and performance. We do, however, request that you inform us in advance, in writing, of any sessions he/she will be missing.

Should your son/daughter be accepted onto the WAVPA course, you consent for any filming or photography by the organisers to be used for learning and self-critique or for any media and/or marketing purposes.*
