Hiking stands as an integral component of the Outdoor Education provision and is a cornerstone of the Duke of Edinburgh Award (DofE) programme. It features prominently in numerous expeditions and 'Big Trips,' offering students unparalleled opportunities to explore new territories and navigate the stunning hills and mountains both domestically and abroad.

While seasoned hikers and navigators often challenge themselves on the Silver and Gold DofE Expeditions, there is also a dedicated Hiking Expedition in Scotland tailored to cater to the needs of less experienced participants.
