DT&E Scholarships

The Design Technology and Engineering Department has been recognised nationally as a 'centre of excellence' for many years. Students regularly exhibit their work, and we have an enviable reputation for success in producing Arkwright Scholars.

The facilities comprise of a CAD/CAM centre with laser cutters, 3D printers and VR headsets, three computer-aided design suites, an engineering workshop, a heat treatment area with a CNC Fibre laser cutter (A UK school first), and four multi-purpose workshops.
