Whitgift's fantastic location

Given that Whitgift Summer school is located only 30 minutes from Central London, exursions are an important part of the programme. We want our students to experience the best of what the United Kingdom has to offer, so we organise excursions to the most exciting attractions like the Warner Bros (Harry Potter) Studios, London Eye, Buckingham Palace, London Zoo, West End Musicals, Thorpe Park and much more.

These trips are part of the syllabus, and are researched and prepared for in lessons.  Linking these trips to lessons results in a more meaningful experience, and it will also create longer-lasting memories.

All excursions are included in the price. 

Evening Activities 

In the evenings, there is an organised programme put on by our team of dynamic and enthusiastic Activity Leaders. This programme is designed to be fun, but also to encourage our students to deepen their friendships with students from all over the world. Student Hosts also play a full part in the evening activities schedule.
