Whitgift Summer School in South London has been running since 2015. Our progressive, diverse and inspiring short courses attract students from all over the world and during the 2023 summer, we welcomed over 27 nationalities to our school. Utilising fantastic staff, and with inspirational grounds and facilities, our main aim is that every visiting student who stays at Whitgift has an unforgettable and enjoyable educational experience.

Your chance to study with English speaking boys and girls from Whitgift School.

At the Whitgift Summer School we offer three of courses: an intensive English programme for teenagers and juniors, a Pre-IGCSE course for students aged 11 - 13 and a Pre-IB course for students aged 14 - 17 who wish to prepare for the IB Diploma. Please click below on the buttons to select the course you are interested in. Students must attend for a minimum of two weeks and can stay for a maximum of 6 weeks. Visiting students have morning classes with their new international friends and in the afternoon have project-based lesson with boys and girls from our year-round school. These afternoon project based lessons are a unique chance for international students to have lessons, socialise and make friends with mother-tongue English speakers who live and attend school here in the UK.
