With a minimum stay of two weeks, the Skills in Academic English programme offers a focused and practical approach to mastering the core competencies essential for success in higher education.

This course is for students aged 14-17 and there is a minimum English level of C1 required.

Ideal for learners with a C1-C2 level of English, the course is designed for those who want to refine their accuracy and sharpen their academic skills in areas that matter most to them. Students will engage in a range of challenging and rewarding activities that mirror the demands of university-level study.

They will learn to structure essays effectively, build persuasive arguments, and use academic sources with precision. Extended listening tasks, based on authentic lectures and talks will help students improve their comprehension and note-taking strategies. Seminar-style discussions will encourage critical thinking, collaborative learning, and confident communication.
